I believe each person has their own answers to life's challenges but sometimes we get lost along the way.
We lose touch with Who We Are at a core level through conditioning, trauma, and life experiences.
Sometimes we need someone we trust to gently & lovingly guide us back to our essence, someone to reflect back to us our unique gifts & potential, and help us craft a new, more empowering narrative about Who We Are that calls us forward.
The truth is...You have a unique role in this world that only YOU can fulfill. You are a vital piece of the puzzle.

MY STORY
I am a 2/4 Emotional Projector on the Cross of Planning dedicated to using my skills, knowledge & experience to guide you to greater fulfillment, joy & purpose! I live in North Carolina with my partner Tim, and the creature who serendipitously brought us together nine years ago, our cat Wally.
In my 5+ decades of living through many seasons of change, I have found my greatest transformation and growth has come through my closest relationships & how I've met the challenges within them. The skills I've acquired and experiences I've navigated in the past have made me a better Counselor, Partner, Mother, Daughter, Family Member, & Friend.
My spiritual awakening began on the heels of my 2nd divorce at age 39. After two failed marriages, I felt more lost than ever! Nothing had worked out as I had planned, and my future seemed uncertain. I felt confused about who I was & what I wanted. My teenage daughters were going through their own "growing pains," and I desperately wanted them to learn from my relationship mistakes. It was a painful but transformative time.
This vulnerable period of my life launched me into deep self-discovery around my inner Truth beyond the roles I had played, my accomplishments & others' expectations. When I found Human Design & learned I was a Projector, it explained so much, things I had sensed but didn't have conscious awareness of, much less language for. It offered me a new strategy for living, showed me how to create "in flow" with my Design, & how to harness my unique gifts as well as leverage my inner challenges.
Most importantly, I discovered I was not broken! It radically changed my relationship with myself & shed new light on the dynamics of my close relationships. I learned to recognize & honor my needs, as well as the needs of those I love. This awareness has given way to the most liberating & fulfilling partnership I have ever known, & deepened my connection with my daughters.
Understanding my Human Design has HANDS DOWN been the greatest catalyst for my personal growth and expansion, & allowed me to "come home" to myself. If you feel called to explore your unique design, I am here to guide & support you!
